Detailed Description:
Take responsibility for local tax and legal compliance.
Recommend accounting solutions that are in accordance with local policies.
Manage fixed assets per local GAAP and corporate policy.
Work with local consultants or external auditors to provide monthly and quarterly financial information for external reporting purposes.
Support local banking and vendor payments, cash flow forecasting.
Act as a key financial advisor on cross-functional team initiatives.
Business partnership: work closely with Site Design Leader on budget and other financial business cases.
Collaborate with Project Manager on project accounting and forecast analysis.
Provide other on-site support.
Possess solid knowledge of local and IFRS GAAP.
Have rich experience in local tax policy.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office skills.
Exhibit a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Ability to manage a legal entity in accounting independently.
Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Typical Experience:
6-8 years of relevant experience (R&D or manufacturing experience is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI skills preferred.
