As part of its strategic growth, the company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing operations and further expand its presence in both domestic and international markets.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company goals and drive sales growth in assigned regions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth marketing operations from order to delivery.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and addressing market needs.
Create and implement marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Oversee the preparation of commercial export documentation (e.g., Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading) to support international sales.
Generate regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for improvements.
Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to support business development activities.
Requirements: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of chemical industries is an advantage.
5-10 years of experience in marketing, particularly within the industrial chemicals, oleochemicals, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
