Account & Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities-Manage basic accounting records, including data entry and invoicing, ensure transactions are updated timely and accurately -Prepare quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, official receipt, delivery order, credit note and statement of account.-Update accounts receivable (A/R) payment and ensure timely payment collections.-Process staff claim submission.-Maintain records of company assets and hardware.-Perform office administration tasks including data-entry, documentation, printing and filing.-Communicate with customers via phone or email and handle incoming calls.-Maintain and update sales and customer records.-Assist in preparing and submitting tender proposals.-Arrange delivery of orders to customers and vendors.-Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required. Job Requirements and Skills -Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.-Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.-Possess 1-2 Years of working experience are welcome to apply.-Able to speak, listen and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.-Computer literate with knowledge of Autocount Accounting ; Microsoft Office or Google Workspace are advantage.-Able to work independently and team work.-Interpersonal Skill and Good communication skill.
