Account Cum Purchasing Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform data entry into SQL accounting system.
To assist in receiving, liaise with suppliers/customers when necessary.
To ensure accuracy of daily transactions in the SQL accounting system.
To be responsible for general accounting processes, which include processing of invoices, data entry, AP, AR, OR, payment vouchers, etc.
Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in the system.
Preparation of invoices & credit notes.
Providing support and assistance to the account and sales team.
Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
Assist in daily operations and maintain a proper filing system.
Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years of similar working experience.
Knowledge of SQL/Autocount accounting software is preferable.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is an advantage.
