Account Executive - Ap

Fully Responsible for Account Payable.Issue Purchase orderLiaise/Checking with Trade Creditors Orders, Invoices, Delivery Order and
Status.
Checking/Verifying Petty Cash Purchase Invoices/Bills.Input Suppliers invoices/Petty Cash Purchases to Auto Count System.Monitor Trade Creditors Overdue Payment.Offset Payment to Suppliers.Account Payable Reconciliation.Checking/Verifying Stock Inventories with warehouse.Documents FillingSupport other ad hoc duties assigned by the managementHaving a full set of accounting knowledge will be advantaged.Training will be provided.
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in
Diploma/Advance/Higher, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in finance or business study.
At least 1-3 years of working experience in accounting.Responsible, Accuracy, Meticulous, Committed and Independent.Computer Literate with MS office, have knowledge of accounting
software.
