Account Executive

Company Background: We are representing our client which is in F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for a Account Executive to join them.
Responsibilties : Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely mannerSolve discrepancy between purchase order and invoiceMonitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordinglyReview report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open itemsResponsible for ensuring KPIs for Account payable are met, these include timely processing and payment of invoices.Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI. Job Requirements Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in AccountingAt least 5 years working experience in finance managerial position, preferably in related industryGood verbal and written communication skillsGood analytical skills and effective problem-solving skillsAbility to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goalsWe are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.Full-Time position(s).Fast paced environment.Able to work under pressure.
