Account Executive

Handle full set of accounts and perform month end closing.- Monitor and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.- Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded and reconciled time to time.- Review the integrity and accuracy of all accounting entries in accounting system.- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policies.- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.- Responsible to prepare any financial or management report or analysis when request, to support management performance and decision-making (i.e. financial planning and analysis, control, data analysis, etc.)- Assist in the communication, coordination and liaison with all parties, such as relevant authorities, auditors, tax agents and other internal and external stakeholders.- Act as a team leader, to plan, delegate and review team member's work.- Any ad-hoc reporting or other duties as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
