Account Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities**- Manage data entry and update accounting record on daily basis.- Handling a full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statement for the year end audit.- Maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.- To plan and manage company cash flow properly and within budget.- Prepare monthly financial report and ensure the accurate and correctness of report.- Monitoring and control daily transaction/expenses involves payment.- Updating to Company Director related to ongoing works, incoming, and pending task.- Update and answer query from outsource, auditor, tax agent, banker and Director.- Prepare audit, taxation and statutory including liaisons with the external auditors, tax agent and secretary firm.- Responsible to ensure the group cost and expenses are accurately and timely recognized and promptly process payment.- Responsible to review and ensure company fix assets records are updated.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.**Qualification and Requirement**- Minimum 3 years of working experience in full sets of accounts or audit experience.- Ability to establish priorities, independent, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 2 years (required)- SQL: 1 year (required)Ability to Commute:- Seremban 2 (required)
