Account Executive

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for daily accounting activities.
*Maintaining account receivable & payable.
*Other administrative works in account/admin department. *Review full set of financial statements and ensure the financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and regulations.
*Analyze financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and assess the company's financial health.
*Responsible for monthly, quarterly reporting and other relevant reports.
*Prepare group consolidation schedules and reporting.
*Involve in tax revision and estimation.
*Liaise with Auditors, Tax agents and Company Secretary on Audit, Tax and Secretarial matters.
*Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
*Support other Ad-hoc finance/corporate exercise.

Requirements:
*Minimum Diploma.
*Minimum three (3) years' work experience in accounting field.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
*Able to prepare full set of account with minimum guidance.
*Familiar with Group Financial Reporting will be an added advantage.
*Able to perform tasks with minimum guidance.
*Able to provide guidance to juniors.
*Effective communication with superior on issues faced.
*Take responsibility in tasks assigned.
*Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
*Strong team player.
*Time-management skills.
*Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
*Able to work independently with minimum supervision, fast learner and self-motivated.
*Posses strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
