Account Executive

Job Responsibilities Responsible for daily accounting records and data entries. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Able to handle and prepare full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities Ensure proper maintenance of account documentations and filing. Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and banker. Prepare monthly payroll and submission of monthly statutory contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB Perform/assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assign by management. Job Recruitment Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position Strong analytical skills and ability to provide solutions independently Good personality, excellent communication skills and proactive Fluency in English and Mandarins, spoken and written, is essential
