Account Executive

Key in invoice from supplier for Trade and Nontrade.- To manage petty cash- Create Invoice for Creditor such as Local customers- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.- Plan weekly payment schedule.- Planning for monthly and weekly cash flow budget.- Reconcile monthly bank statements.- Provide supporting documents for audit.- Update the Aging report for Account Payable and Receivable.- Follow up payment with customers and update in the system.- Prepare P&L report for monthly closing.**Salary**: RM2,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
