Account Executive

Key Responsibilities : 
• Able to Handle Full set of Trading & Development Accounts.
• Process monthly billing, claims and payment. 
• To monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count. 
• To run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. 
• Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Assist in preparation of forecasting, budgeting and with Knowledge of Taxation.
• Ad hoc task or assignment when required.
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least LCCI Bookkeeping, Diploma or related qualification certificates, minimum 3 years accounting and finance work experience
• Computer literate with proficient in SQL accounting system and MS Excel / Words .
• Good working attitude, able to work independently, disciplined & self-motivated.
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight datelines and able to work under pressure.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to READ and speak Mandarin.
