Account Executive

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Key Responsibilities:
• Able to handlefull setoftrading & development accounts.
• Process monthly billing, claims, and payment.
• Monitor all costing and inventory-related operational matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, and stock count.
• Run payments, invoices, and maintain daily bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Assist in preparation of forecasting, budgeting, and possess knowledge of taxation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks or assignments when required.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least LCCI Bookkeeping, Diploma, or related qualification certificates, with a minimum of 3 years of accounting and finance work experience.
• Computer literate with proficiency inSQL accounting systemand MS Excel/Word.
• Good working attitude, able to work independently, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Good communication skills and customer service-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
