Account Executive

Job Responsibilities Responsibility
To maintain a full set of accounts. Responsible for daily accounting tasks relating to banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger.Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly.  Manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieval. Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures comply with company policyTo manage the supplier payments, ensuring the timely verification of invoices and resolution of issues relating to suppliers' invoices and payments.Responsible for invoice processing and filing, maintaining records of Accounts ReceivablesTo assist in yearly financial audits and liaise with auditors. Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / Professional Certificate (fully or partially).Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the electronics industry will be an added advantage. Preferably, executives have experience handling a full set of accounts or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, & etcMust be computer literate and familiar with Autocount or any accounting system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented and work under minimum supervision Able to deal with large volumes of data and transactions.Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Damansara, Petaling JayaApplicants able to start work immediately are preferred We offer: CommissionYearly salary increment & Bonus (subject to individual performance)BonusSOCSOAnnual leave / Medical Certificate
