Account Executive (Kl Based)

-Performing daily accounting duties like generating invoices handling accounts payable and receivable and conducting bank reconciliations


-Keeping precise and current financial documents and reports


-Aiding in the creation of monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements


-Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to guarantee prompt and accurate financial data


-Offering administrative assistance to the Accounting department when necessary


-Conforming to pertinent accounting protocols policies and guidelines


-Additional responsibilities as assigned

; Requirements:-


-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Certificate or equivalent.


-Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).


-Experience with SQL/AUTOCOUNT is an added advantage. 


-Able to read and write in Mandarin due to job nature required.
