Account Executive (Open To Fresh Graduate)

-Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, account payable, invoicing, data entry, etc.


-Sort, index and scan documents


-Manage daily invoices and claims


-Manage documents in accordance


-Identify, document and deliver key business processes and procedures


-Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing and prepare payment vouchers 


-Maintain positive vendor and supplier relationships, addressing payment inquiries or issues promptly


-Support preparation of audit related activities


-Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Accounting /Finance or equivalent.


-Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia 


-Proficient in Microsoft Office 


-Good interpersonal and communication skills


-A meticulous individual passionate about financial accuracy and skilled at spotting numerical errors


-Team player and possess effective time management skills to meet deadlines
