Account & Finance - Junior To Senior Executive

Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.Reports: Debtors aging, creditor aging, project status-Accurate financial records, including data entry, e-filing and day to day accounting matters. -Manage accounts payable, the process of payments and bank transactions.-Manage accounts receivable, the process of invoices and collections.-Ensure proper e-filing of accounts and supporting documents-Reconcile of bank statement and financial transactions, including bank and credit card.-Reports – Debtors aging, creditor aging, project closing-Manage foreign currencies and other financial instruments-Update and maintain fixed assets register-Prepare and file SST and other statutory financial obligations-Project PandL tracking and closing-Month end account closing-Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information-Handling ad-hoc matters or projects assigned, office administration and any other operational matters [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-aavii-worldwide-sdn-bhd-job-account-finance-junior-to-senior-executive]
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related professional qualifications-2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.-Attention to detail and accuracy-Able to manage multiple priorities-Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines-Able to work independently and as part of a team-Proficient in managing accounting software (e.g. AutoCount)-Proficiency with MIcrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Words)
