Job Description:
MISC Berhad is seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
