Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all account-related matters
- Understand clients' needs and goals, and work with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet those objectives
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in key account management or client services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative thinker with strong strategic planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
