### Job Description:

As an **Account Support Manager**, you will be the pivotal link between our clients and the company. This role involves managing client accounts with a proactive approach to ensure satisfaction while driving business growth. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering strong professional relationships.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

2. **Account Analysis:**
- Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, recommending strategic actions to both internal teams and clients.

3. **Project Coordination:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and services related to client accounts.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to client expectations.

4. **Strategy Development:**
- Participate in the development of account strategies and operational plans aligned with client goals and company objectives.
- Identify potential challenges to account performance and propose mitigation strategies.

5. **People Management:**
- Lead and mentor junior support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills of team members in client relations.

6. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather and convey client feedback to management to drive continuous improvement in services.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.

7. **Budget Management:**
- Oversee account budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Track and report on spending, ensuring compliance with company policies.

### Requirements:

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in account management or a similar role in the energy sector.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent people management skills, demonstrating ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
