### Job Description

Sunway Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Account Support Officer** to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to begin their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate their accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

### Key Responsibilities

1. **Customer Assistance:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, ensuring they maximize the value from their accounts.

2. **Account Management Support:**
- Support Account Managers in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
- Organize and update client account information accurately in our systems.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports or presentations to clients regarding their accounts.

3. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain and manage documentation related to customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating communications between clients and internal teams.

4. **Sales Support:**
- Collaborate with the sales department to track customer leads and support promotional campaigns.
- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration into our systems.

5. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement.
- Report findings to management to promote strategic planning for the enhancement of customer experience.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative environment, sharing insights and strategies for client support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the account support process.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior experience is necessary; however, any experience in customer service or administrative roles will be advantageous.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus but not required.

**Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to customer interactions and team collaboration.
- Adaptable: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing priorities and client needs.

**Soft Skills:**
- Strong planning skills: Ability to organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of service.
