### **Job Description:**

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Account Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a global community, providing essential support to our clients and enhancing their experience. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to account management and support.
- Respond to client emails and calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

2. **Account Management:**
- Monitor client accounts and provide updates regarding any changes or important information.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring they gain maximum value from their accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

3. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all documentation is completed efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.

4. **Client Onboarding:**
- Support onboarding processes by providing clients with necessary resources, training, and follow-up.
- Create and present training materials and resources to facilitate client understanding of our services.

5. **Collaboration & Team Support:**
- Work collaboratively with global colleagues to ensure a coherent approach to client support and account management.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and feedback to improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall client experience.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and enhancements to client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes.

### **Requirements:**

#### **General:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role.

#### **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with data entry and reporting tools.

#### **Personality Traits:**
- **Independent:** Able to work autonomously and take initiative in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- **Hardworking:** Demonstrates perseverance and dedication to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.

#### **Soft Skills:**
- **Presentation Skills:** Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations to clients and internal teams.
