Manage accounts payable/Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with appropriate reconciliation control
Overseeing production BOM to maintain up-to-date standard cost. Performing periodic standard cost revaluation and analysis
Assisting the production team in resolving any manufacturing activities issue that incurs financial impact
Coordinating physical stock count and preparing stock variance report/analysis
Conducting inventory aging and grading reports and analysis following the policy
Advising Business/Operations in mitigating inventory holding risk
Performing month-end closing and result analysis versus forecast for improvement recommendation
Working cross-functionally to prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets following strategic priorities and goals
Providing financial analysis and ROI justification in capital investment requests
Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting for product cost, inventory report and sales analysis
Drive process improvement and automation to streamline reporting and end-to-end processes
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or its equivalent professional qualification
Prefers 3-5 years working exposure in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Good written and oral communication skills
Experienced user of ERP and conversant in Microsoft Office applications with strong capability in BI tools (such as PowerBI, Power Query, Power Pivot) is preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
