Job Responsibilities You are expected to oversee and perform the end-to-end accounting process of the Company.
This role requires candidate who is service-focused, self-driven and eager to grow.
We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute task assigned timely.
I.
Accounting: Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
II.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
III.
Team Management: Lead and manage the accounting team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
IV.
HR Process Management: Oversee and ensure monthly payroll are processed timely and accurately.
Manage and work with HR junior personal on HR related task to ensure effective HR process is in place.
V. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.
Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders Job Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting related role or audit firm Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
