Accounting Manager

**Accounting Manager Job Description**- Responsible for the company's overall accounting work, improving and improving the company's basic accounting work;- Responsible for the company's project benefit calculation and project account management;- Assist the Director of Finance to unify the company's accounting policies and financial management systems;- Responsible for cultivating and building a good team atmosphere in the office, and maintaining a departmental culture that is integrated with the company;- Responsible for the evaluation and appraisal of subordinates;- Conduct business guidance and ability training for subordinates to improve the quality of subordinates;- Responsible for the archiving, transfer and management of all accounting files of the company;- Cooperate with tax authorities and accounting firms to complete various audit work;- Complete the temporary work assigned by the leader.**Requirement**:1. Degree holders in Finance and Accounting.2. Possesses more than 5 years of relevant work experience in a large corporate or banks;3.
