Responsibilities Manage office admin work, office maintenance, servicing and supplies & Provide administrative assistance to managementHandle accounts and other relevant ad-hoc tasks & assignments. Reviewing and reconciling accounts & financial statementsMonitor cash flow and maintain cash controlsManage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors, Identify and address discrepanciesTo Generate & update report on variance between sub-con claim & Certified work done record.Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining updated records of invoices and receiptsEnsure transactions are processed and properly recordedUpdate internal accounting databases and spreadsheetsMaintain proper accounting record and filing of all financial files, records and relevant documentsAble to liaising with local authorities & external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, Insurance agent etc Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 3 Year(s) of working experienceAble to work independently.Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulationsHands-on experience with accounting software (SQL, UBS)Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitudeGood organizational and coordination skillsResponsible, efficient and structured with attention to detailAble to work independently well under pressure
