Accounts Cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities: Responsible for full set of accountsAccounts receivable posting and customer credit managementPerform month-end and year-end closing on timeTimely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliationYear-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authoritiesMaintain accurate and effective filling systemImplement internal controls and process improvements with accounting policies and operational processesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, statutory reporting and local authoritiesTimely processing of payroll and claimsManage office maintenance and responsible for office administrative tasksAssist daily operational duties and performing ad-hoc projects assigned from time to timeRequirements: Posses at least LCCI certification, Diploma or Degree in AccountingMinimum 8 years of experience in handling full set of accountsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting softwareWorking knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing, tax computation and SSTEffective communication skillsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracyGood planning and organizing skillsDeadline-driven and ability to work under pressureStrong sense of responsibility and commitmentAble to work independentlyDiscretion, good attitude, good interpersonal skills and team-player
