We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive Cum Office Admin with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and possess a strong understanding of financial record-keeping processes, administrative tasks, and organizational operations.
Accounting Duties:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
-Perform daily financial record management, including data entry, invoicing, and recording transactions.
-Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly.
-Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
-Coordinate with the external accounting firm by providing all necessary financial data and documents for financial statements.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Administrative Duties:
-Manage office operations, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
-Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records.
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
-Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
-Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
-Perform any additional administrative or accounting duties as required by management.
