Details of the offer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- To perform general administration and relevant accounts duties.- To review payments, invoices and other accounting related tasks.- Manage and execute monthly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy and ensure timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policies.- To liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax as well as HRDCorp.- To maintain proper record and filing system.- To prepare monthly management accounts (full set of accounts including bank reconciliation).- To liaise effectively with bankers, tax agent, auditor and company secretary.- Hands-on in computerised accounting systems such as SQL and UBS and Excel Worksheets.- To assist in corporate matters and to demonstrate willingness to work on other ad hoc assignments as and when required**REQUIREMENTS**:- Able to utilise IT tools to automate and expedite the preparation of record and analysis: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.- With minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply- Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.- Pro-active, resourceful, reliable, meticulous, committed with good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
