Accounts Executive

Job Responsibility:  * User friendly with UBS Software will be added advantage.
* Manage all accounts payable (AP) related activities, prepare and process daily invoice and payment transaction.
* Check & record by daily bank transactions, expenses and income.
* Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliations Statement.
* Filling account file and all relevant documents properly.
* Handling daily data entry using UBS accounting system.
* To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by superior.
* Any task given by superior.
Requirement: * User friendly with UBS Software will be added advantage.
* At least 2 year working experience in department Accounting or related field.
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
* Good interpersonal skills, mature and independent with minimum supervision
