Accounts Manager

We are looking for candidates with the following criteria
A bachelor's degree in accounting/financeAt least 5 years experience in audit and/or accounting.Pro-active, good in problem solving, good communication skillsJob scope and responsibility as follow:Monthly debtors aging report and monitoringMonthly payment plan and budgetingWorking capital management and trade finance monitoringReconciliation of Creditors Statement (Average of 10 purchase invoices per month)Bank ReconciliationDistribution of Monthly Statement of AccountQuarterly Revenue Segmental ReportingMonthly Payroll & EPF/Socso/PCB/HRDF/CP204 SubmissionHalf yearly Management Accounts Reporting & CommentaryTax Planning and monitoring of tax estimates with tax on YTD profitAnnual EA & B FormAnnual AuditPerform HR-related and administrative duties as assignedLiaising with creditors, and debtors when necessaryLiaising with external auditors, company secretary
