Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description:To handle the end-to-end process, making sure all documents are in line with companies' requirementsRecord and charge expenses & accrual to relevant accounts, cost centers, and product codesPrepare payments to vendors as well as resolve payment discrepanciesClose relationship with other departmentsMaintain accounting payables sub-ledgers and investigate any long outstanding billsAssist in monthly closing and financial analysis as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related areaWorking experience in a similar roleAdvanced EnglishFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work with tight deadlines and a good team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skills
