ResponsibilitiesCheck and process day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including verifying and posting of transactions in a timely manner.
Ensure that all invoices are authorized by Department Heads or Department Senior Staff prior to being processed through the system.
Ensure that all supplier invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Payment Voucher transactions enter the Accounting System after check and confirmation.
Job RequirementBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required/equivalent.
Minimum 4 years working in a financial position, preferably in the tourism industry or services industry.
Polite and professional manner.
Trustworthy and tactful individual with the ability to be confidential at all times.
