Acm Operator

Prepare and operate printing / binding machine.- Review job orders to determine any special printing instructions, stock specifications, colours or quantities to be printed.- Starts presses and check proofs for ink alignment, registration, density, and coverage.- Make adjustment as needed. Adjusting paper when necessary to accommodate various paper sizes. Adjust printing plate tolerances to meet the desired parameters for each press run.- Clean printing unit cylinders, plates and ink fountains at the completion of each press run.- Monitor and respond to error, alert of fault messages on automated press operation systems; make minor repairs to oil presses and other equipment as needed using hand tools.- Feed paper through press cylinders, adjusting tension and feed controls as needed.- Responsible to ensure their section equipment are in good condition and which equipment need to be calibrate, are calibrated.- Undertake other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay**Experience**:- ACM: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
