Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

a)Responsible to Assist Head of Operations & Finance Department in general admin works.
b)To ensure a proper and effective implementation of documentation requirement and control compliance to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
c)Send out memo regarding matters that arise within the company.
d)Responsible to renewal of all company's licenses, customer's gen-set licenses, maintenance agreements between clients.
e)Responsible on Human Resources matters i.e.
recruitment, letter of appointment or 'Kontrak Kerja', assist relevant department for training/yearly assessment and all related matters.
f)Responsible to supervise general clerk to handle phone call if necessary.
g)To assist for all correspondence including emails, letters, tenders, quotations, reports, minutes of meeting, material submission, operation manual, hand over letter, etc.
of project assigned.
h)To assist for issuance of Material Requisition Form and to assist Project HOD to monitor all materials requested are within the project costing of project assigned.
i)To proactively comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
j)Abnormal condition feedback to superior.
k)To undertake other duties assigned or directed by superior from time to time.
Preferable to have an experience in oil & gas tender, submission of contract, license, insurance & workmen compensation would be an advantage.
