Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Overview: We are a company specializing in contract services and payroll management for foreign workers, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will support our operations by handling salary calculations, ensuring service agreements are up to date, managing the renewal of foreign worker permits (PLKS), and performing various administrative duties. A positive work attitude and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Salary Calculation:Accurately process monthly salary calculations for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and legal regulations.Maintain records of attendance, leave applications, and any other factors impacting payroll.Service Agreement Management:Regularly review and check that all service agreements are current and accurately documented.Organize and maintain a filing system for service agreements and contracts to ensure easy access.Foreign Worker Permit Renewal (PLKS):Manage the renewal process for foreign worker permits (Pas Lawatan Kerja Sementara – PLKS), ensuring timely submissions to the relevant authorities.Liaise with government bodies to prepare and submit all necessary documentation related to permit renewals.Data Entry and Documentation:Efficiently manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.Handle printing and filing duties to maintain organized records of all relevant documents and correspondence.Team Support:Provide support to the team in various administrative and operational duties as required.Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management team.Communication:Communicate closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and the Operations team to ensure alignment on tasks, priorities, and departmental objectives.Requirements: Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in payroll or foreign worker management (if applicable)Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Personal Attributes: Positive work attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
