Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

- Support implementation and compliance of Safety, Quality, and values of the company.
- Handling of documentation and SAP coordinator
- Provide support to site planner on daily production planning.
- General administrative support to PGP Operations,
General clerical functions.Supporting production planner in product replenishment to inter-branch and customer order on daily basis including weekend.Managing & liaise with 3rd party vendor specially on DA supply chain planning.Preparation of external visitor – Site Visit / External Audit / Provide support when site hosting event and activities.Raising SAP PR & SRM shopping carts & perform PGR on invoice document & help in monitoring on monthly R&M budget.Assisting the site team on data compilation, filing & documentation.Managing and handling operator punch card and attendance.Assisting in preparing cylinder product COC & COA document prior customer delivery.Assist production planner on stock adjustment when it requires.Manage and provide support in managing Banting plant in-house warehouse and working with Glenmarie team on warehouse stock replenishment.Provide support in site GMP compliance – Monthly product class label Control & Reconciliation.Other site administration work.Travel & accommodation arrangement for staff & visitors.­­­­­­­­­­­­
Required Key Skills 
-  Computer literate, at least MS Office         
- Communication skills
-  Able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required Qualification / Experience
-      Min qualification of SPM
-      Job experience in administration work
