Admin Assistant (Internship)

Office Management:



-Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.


-Organizing and filing documents.

Support Tasks:



-Assisting with data entry and database management.


-Preparing reports, presentations, and documents.


-Handling office supplies and inventory.

Customer Service:



-Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.


-Handling inquiries and providing information as needed.

Project Assistance:



-Supporting various departments with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.


-Coordinating with team members.
