About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team at Pembinaan Maju NT Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting our administrative operations.
What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document managementHandle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely mannerAssist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangementsMaintain and update office records and databasesPerform other general office duties as requiredWhat we're looking for At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or similar roleStrong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesWhat we offer
