Admin Executive

Responsibilities:Carry out any other tasks relevant to the position as required from time to time, and perform any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by the management besides those listed below:
 
- Liaise and coordinate with the Operations and Purchasing team on customer order requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Operations and Purchasing team to prepare and maintain compliance documentation (e.g., MSDS, Specifications,).
- Report and maintain records for ISO, End User Declaration, DOSH, DOE, and other compliance-related matters.
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports.
- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular compliance administrative work and training.
- Review completed documentation for accuracy and completeness; request corrections as necessary.
- File documents.
- Contribute to increasing team efficiency by providing operational and administrative support. This may include clerical tasks, transportation of company records and supplies, and other operational backup duties.
- Handle and maintain business operation documentation and the operating system according to GST standards, E-Invoicing, and compliance.
