Key Responsibilities :
Utility Payment Processing :
Ensure all utility payments are processed on time to avoid service disruptions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments in the master list. Tracking and Reporting :
Monitor and update the master list with utility payment details and other administrative data. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of administrative tasks. Letter Management System (LMS) Administration :
Manage and maintain the Letter Management System to ensure efficient document handling. Provision Management :
Oversee the procurement and distribution of office supplies, including stationery, paper, and pantry provisions. Title Documentation Management :
Assist in maintaining and updating the Title Documentation Management System. Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of title-related documents. Data Management :
Work with Microsoft Office tools to manage master lists and multiple datasheets. Maintain high accuracy when handling large volumes of data. Telco Management (Advantageous):
Handle telecommunications-related tasks if required, including liaising with service providers and resolving issues. General Administrative Support :
Provide assistance to the Admin Manager in day-to-day administrative operations. Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Key Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle master lists and multiple datasheets efficiently. Experience with utility payment processing, LMS, and document management systems. Prior experience in Telco management is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
