We are now searching for dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented candidates to fill the following position.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Job Responsibilities: To monitor company fixed asset equipment for all site office and facilitate relevant services for better efficiency and smooth operations.To monitor the renewal of AZSB & AZRB Contractor Licenses - PKK, CIDB, SPAN, Petronas and TNB as well as vehicle insurance & road tax. To monitor for general upkeep & maintenance of the office & pantry, including high dusting, carpet shampooing, pest control jobs and to monitor cleaning contractors and ensure the cleanliness standards are up to expectations. Central person to liaise with building management and vendors/contract for any building defects, maintenance of premises and request of services.Take charge of turn-key project like renovation of office premises, implementation of security systems, etc.To monitor and responsible for any matters regarding on the company's vehicles requirement.To ensure all utilities bill to be paid promptly to avoid any service interruption.Requirements: Candidate must possess Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of working experience in administration preferably in construction industryPossess good leadership qualities, integrity and able to work under minimum supervisionHands-on and able to multi task and work under pressure in dynamic environment.
