**Administrative assistant job description**:Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.**Administrative assistant responsibilities**:- Answer and direct phone call- Submit and reconcile expense reports- Generate reports- Prepare and monitor invoices- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.- Knowledge is SQL - Accounting systems- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Coordinate office procedures- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes- Conduct data entry**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
