### Key Responsibilities

- **Administrative Support:** Assist in day-to-day office operations by providing administrative support to team members, ensuring all activities align with company standards and deadlines.

- **Communication Management:** Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Respond to queries, manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes, and distribute correspondence as necessary.

- **Scheduling:** Maintain and organize schedules, including appointments, meetings, and teleconferences. Prepare necessary documents, agendas, and minutes for meetings.

- **Document Management:** Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:** Input, monitor, and maintain data in various systems and databases. Assist in maintaining accurate records of administrative activities and various projects.

- **Office Supplies Management:** Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed. Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

- **Event Coordination:** Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions. Participate in coordinating logistics, catering, and other arrangements.

- **Ad-Hoc Tasks:** Undertake other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification in administrative support, business administration, or related field is an advantage.

- **Experience:** 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar capacity, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
