Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Energetic and passionate personality traits
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
