2. Executive, International Relations and Collaborations Relations Job Summary: The International Relations and Collaborations Contract Staff is responsible for facilitating and managing international relations and collaborations between the organization and external stakeholders, such as partner institutions, international organizations, and government agencies. They play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships to support the organization's global objectives. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of international relations.
Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international collaborations and communications.
• Maintain regular communication and updates with partner institutions.
• Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events involving international stakeholders.
2. Collaboration Coordination:
• Identify potential collaboration opportunities that align with the organization's objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaborations between partner institutions and faculties/departments
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of collaborative projects, ensuring they meet established goals and timelines.
3. International Outreach:
• Represent the organization at international conferences, seminars, and events.
• Establish and maintain a network of contacts within the international community. Promote the organization's mission and activities to external stakeholders.
• Participate in diplomatic and cultural exchange activities to enhance international relations.
4. Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of international activities and collaborations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for international delegations and visitors.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent discipline.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
