Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Responsibilities:
Building rapport and developing productive relationships with industry partners on matters of strategic importance to the organization
Collaborating with industry partners in support of enhancing INTI's employer reputation and visibility
Working with other Career Services units to support various initiatives and administrative areas that may be assisted by its expertise
Identify and communicate with industry partners based on the criteria for QS nomination
Support the Head of Unit for Global Ranking – Employer Reputation in coordination for yearly QS industry partners nomination submission
Coordinate the event/activities with employers that would support QS ranking
Contact past nominated employers to remind them on QS survey
Other duties as assigned by management
Serves as the organisation's agent for surveys of external employer contacts gathered
Establish the employers' contacts database based on the Information obtained from various inputs
Facilitate communications and coordinate activities with the employer contacts with faculties as well as other units under Career Services Department
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent discipline
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
