We're seeking a skilled, bilingual (Mandarin and English) Administrative and Operations Specialist to streamline communication and enhance coordination with our local team and China-based counterparts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, and will play a key role in supporting our administrative, operational, and communication efforts on both local and international fronts.
Key Responsibilities:



-Serve as the main liaison for seamless communication between our local team and China-based partners, coordinating all end-to-end arrangements with suppliers.


-Oversee and organize basic accounting documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the accountant.


-Support timeline management for various projects, monitoring progress and assisting in achieving key deadlines.


-Ensure the operational store is well-organized, maintaining a structured and efficient workspace.


-Provide essential translation support for documents, meetings, and other communications in Mandarin and English.


-Facilitate effective coordination with both local and international stakeholders to align on project timelines and objectives.

-Well spoken and written in English and Mandarin


-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.


-Proven experience 3years in coordination, procurement, and account supports .


-Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


-Proficiency in project management tools and accounting software.


-Mission-oriented.
