This include test program development and test hardware development work. Provide / develop / improve test methodologies that create cost effective mass production test solution. Work closely with test equipment manufacturers in order to fully utilize test equipment capabilities. Work closely will test team members and also with PE/NPI team members to generate workable final test parameters for production testing ( mainly provide cost effective test solution without compromising anymeasurement accuracy and measurement repeatability)Broadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
