Responsibilities: Commission structure in place for successful account renewals, offering additional income. Expand relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Opportunity to collaborate directly with Alibaba, gaining valuable insights into their operations and fostering understanding of e-commerce. Engage with clients via various channels to promptly and satisfactorily resolve their issues. Proactively handle clients' objections, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Provide operational support to sales teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Conduct onboarding calls, collect necessary information, and meet deadlines efficiently. Stay up-to-date with new features, products, and service on Alibaba platform. Advise clients on promotional activities, online events, webinars, and training sessions. Provide training and guidance on operating the Alibaba platform effectively. Perform data analysis and conduct performance reviews to identify improvement areas. Ability to provide training and guidance to clients on platform usage. Seize growth opportunities for clients based on performance evaluation. Requirements : Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Advertising / Media Studies, Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin dialects would be an additional advantage. Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal Good organizational skills and time management.
